Why should we hire a wedding coordinator?
To truly enjoy your wedding day without worrying about the details. Wedding coordinators are professionals who have experience and industry relationships that will allow couples wedding dreams to become a reality.
How early should we hire a wedding coordinator?
I recommend hiring your wedding coordinator as soon as you book the wedding venue. Although earlier is always best I have been hired weeks before the wedding. The sooner the better since we only take a limited number of events per year so that we can give each of our clients the time and attention they deserve.

We offer custom packages depending on what type of service the couple is looking for and how much assistance. We customize packages to meet your specific needs.

How do clients pay for services?
Clients can pay in the form of cash, check, or PayPal. A non-refundable deposit of 25% is due with the contract. The remaining balance due is paid at least seven days before the event. A payment plan can be made by request.
What is a Day of Coordinator?
A Day of Coordinator is actually more than just the day of. Sheavonne will meet with the couple prior to the actual day to gather information and details so that she can be the point person for the couple ensuring that everything goes smoothly on the wedding day. Post meeting Sheavonne works diligently to get to know a couple, gather all of their information about the wedding, confirm times with all vendors, and create a detailed timeline. She is in constant communication with unlimited phone calls & emails from the start of services until the wedding day.
Can we meet first?
Absolutely, we will schedule a free one hour, no-obligation consultation with you to make sure we are a good fit and that we can meet your needs.
Will you work with vendors chosen by the couple or only those you recommend?
This is your wedding we will absolutely work with your choice of vendors. We also have an amazing list of vendors if you need any referrals.
What's the difference in a venue coordinator and a wedding coordinator?
A venue coordinator represents the venue. Their job is to oversee the venue staff, to make sure they are fulfilling their contractual obligations, serving food on time, etc. Often the venue coordinator has other events they are overseeing on the property at the same time. A wedding coordinator represents you and works only for you to make every aspect run smoothly, greet all your vendors, send out a timeline prior, make sure you are having a great time celebrating and to ensure that your vision has become a reality.
Do you work with same-sex couples?
Yes! Love always wins, and everyone deserves to celebrate their love their way.
